Out here in Durgapur Steel Town West, things move at their own pace. We are located over at 1 E/33 on Kanisko Road, which is pretty close to Sisu Niketan School. If you live around here, you know the area well. We started this business because people always need someone to handle the food and the look of a place when there is a celebration. It started small, just helping out friends and neighbors with a few tables and some home-cooked style meals. Now we have more equipment and a bigger team to handle things. We spend most of our mornings checking on the supplies and making sure the kitchen side of things is running okay. Decorating isn't just about putting up some curtains; it's about making sure the chairs are straight and everything looks decent for the guests. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just hard work and being there when we say we will be. Sometimes the weather in Durgapur makes things tricky, especially for outdoor setups, but we manage. You can usually find us at the shop near the school, probably loading up a truck or checking a list. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time and we like that people know our faces when they walk in. It’s just a local business trying to do right by the folks in town.
