Maha Kaushal Education Foundation

Maha Kaushal Education Foundation is based at 31 Commercial Complex in Nehru Nagar East, Bhilai. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. It’s a typical commercial space, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we do on a daily basis. We mostly focus on educational support and helping local folks get the training they need for their jobs. Our team is small, just a few of us who have lived in Bhilai for most of our lives. We spend our days answering phones, talking to visitors, and filling out various forms. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s important to the people who come to us for help. The complex can get quite busy during the day, with people coming and going from the other shops and offices. We like being in the middle of it all. Inside our office, things are a bit cluttered with papers and books, but we know where everything is kept. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just come in, do our jobs as best as we can, and go home to our families. If someone needs help understanding a course or a program, they just walk in and we talk it through over a cup of tea. We’ve learned that being direct and honest is the best way to run things. It’s just a regular local foundation trying to do some work in the community.
