Mansa Polytechnic College

Mansa Polytechnic College is situated on Kohka Road in Kurud, which is over in the Bhilai area. Since it’s a polytechnic, we have a lot of practical spaces like workshops and labs alongside the regular classrooms. The campus is a decent size and you’ll often see students in their uniforms walking between the different buildings. Bhilai is known for being an industrial hub, so having a technical college here makes a lot of sense. The workshops can get a bit greasy and loud when the machines are running, but that is how the students learn their trades. We have a staff that includes instructors who have a lot of hands-on experience in their fields. The office handles the admin work, and it’s usually buried under forms and schedules. It’s not a glamorous place, but it’s a solid environment for someone who wants to learn technical skills. We have a canteen where everyone grabs a bite to eat during the break, and it’s usually the loudest part of the day. The parking area is always full of bikes since many students commute from different parts of the city. We keep the equipment in working order as best as we can. It’s a busy, practical college where people come to get their work done and prepare for a job. Nothing fancy, just a regular polytechnic on Kohka Road.
