Lafarge India Pvt. Ltd (Cement Division)

You can find us over at Bharti Apartments in Malviya Nagar. We are in unit S-303, right near the Jain Mandir. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty quiet except for when there’s a festival or something going on at the temple. Being in an apartment means we don't have a giant warehouse or anything, it’s mostly just our desks, some filing cabinets, and a kitchen where we make tea. Durg is a busy place, but this little corner is tucked away a bit. We handle the cement division work from here, which mostly involves a lot of phone calls and paperwork. It feels more like a home than a regular office. Sometimes we have to run out to the plant, but most of the time we are right here. We know the neighbors, and they know us. The apartment is on the third floor, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but we manage. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. There’s always someone coming by to drop off a document or ask about a shipment. We don't have any big signs out front, just a small one by the door. It’s a practical setup for the team we have. We just try to stay organized and keep the orders coming in and going out without too much fuss. Durg can be hot, so we usually have the windows shut and the fans going full blast all afternoon.
