Jain Hotel

Jain Hotel is situated right on the GE Road in Kumhari, which is part of the Bhilai area. We are very close to the toll plaza, so we see a lot of people driving between Raipur and Bhilai. The road is always loud with trucks and cars passing by at all hours of the day and night. Our building is a simple structure meant for people who need a place to stop for a bit. We have rooms for staying and a place to eat on the ground floor. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, just a practical spot for travelers. The furniture is sturdy and the rooms are kept as clean as we can manage with all the dust from the highway. We get a lot of regulars, mostly truck drivers and sales people who are on the road every week. They know they can stop here and get a meal or a bed without any trouble. I spend most of my time at the desk or checking the kitchen. It can be a bit lonely at night when the traffic dies down, but usually, there is someone coming through. We don't have a fancy lobby or a pool or anything like that. We just provide the basics for people who are far from home. It’s been our life for many years now.
