Hotel Chariot Bar And Restaurant

Down here in Bhilai, near Avanti Bai Chowk, you'll find our spot. We opened up in Kripal Nagar because it seemed like a good corner for a bar and restaurant. It's nothing like those big city places. We have wooden tables and a staff that has been with us for years. People come in after work to grab a drink and maybe some food. The kitchen stays open until late. We get a lot of noise sometimes when the local crowd gets going, but that's just how it is. We try to keep the drinks cold and the food hot. Our menu is pretty simple, mostly stuff that people around here like to eat. I spend most of my time checking on the inventory or talking to the regulars. It's a bit dusty outside because of the road, but inside we try to keep it decent. If you are walking from the chowk, you can't really miss us. We don't have a big website or a social media manager. We just open the doors in the morning and close them when the last person leaves. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but nobody seems to mind much. We've had the same cook for a long time, so the taste doesn't change much. It’s just a place to sit down for a bit. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just work hard every day and keep the 490001 locals fed.
