Our office is tucked away at Qr No 11A on Street 11, right in Sector 10 of Bhilai. It is a bit of a different setup since it is in a residential-style quarter, which gives it a very local feel. Working here for Cognizant Technology Solutions means we are right in the heart of the community, 490006. Most of the staff live nearby, so there is a lot of talk about local things during lunch breaks. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Instead, we have rooms filled with workstations where we handle various technology projects throughout the day. The street outside is usually quiet, except for when people are heading to work or school. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and chat about the weekend. It is a very grounded environment. We deal with data, software, and fixing things that go wrong on the technical side of things. Some of us have been here since the office first opened in Sector 10. It is a steady place to work, and we all know each other pretty well by now. We don't really do big meetings with lots of slides; we just talk across the desks when something needs to be fixed. It feels more like a small team effort even though the company is huge. That is just how life goes for us here in Bhilai.
