We are based out of Sector 4 here in Bhilai, specifically in one of the quarters on Street 16. It’s a very local feel because most of us live nearby too. Living and working in the same area means we really know the people around here. This isn’t a high-rise office or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and focus on the steel-related work and everything else we have going on. The sun gets quite hot in Durg district during the summer months, so we usually have the fans going full blast. Things around here move at their own pace. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our job correctly and keep our clients happy. You’ll usually find someone here from early morning until late evening depending on what the schedule looks like. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with blueprints or notes scattered around, but we know where everything is. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We value the fact that we're right in the heart of the community. It feels grounded and real. No one wears suits here unless there's a very specific reason for it. We just wear what's comfortable and get to it. It’s a straightforward way of doing things and it suits us just fine. We don't need fancy stuff to get the work finished.
