We've been here on Nandini Road for a good while now. It’s right in the Industrial Estate area of Bhilai, near Chhawni Chowk. If you’ve ever driven through this part of town, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and workers moving around at all hours. Our office isn’t anything fancy to look at, just a simple place where we handle the bookings for our cars and various trips. Mostly, people from around the industrial estate come to us when they need to head out of town or if they have relatives visiting from far away who need a lift from the train station. We started this whole thing because we knew the area well and had a couple of cars ready to go. My brother and I usually sit here through the day. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop and other times it’s a bit quiet, so we just sit and have some tea and wait for the next person to walk in. We don’t really do any big advertisements or have a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who just walk in because they saw our sign while they were passing by the industrial gates. Bhilai is a pretty big place, but this small corner here is where we’ve set up our roots. We try to keep the cars clean, though with all the dust around the industrial area, it’s a constant job. If someone needs a ride, they just stop by.
