Our spot is right at Shop Number 9 in the Shikhar Apartment building on Junwani Road. We are in Smriti Nagar which is a busy part of Bhilai especially since we are so close to the Treasure Island Mall. Being near the mall means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving about. We have a small travel desk here where we handle bookings for flights and other travel needs. Most of our day is spent looking at different travel portals and trying to find seats for people. It is a practical office with just the basic stuff we need like computers and a printer that sometimes jams. We have been operating in this area for some time now and we get a lot of walk-in customers who are just out and about. We deal with local trips as well as longer journeys depending on what people are looking for. The noise from Junwani Road can be a bit much sometimes but we are used to it by now. We don't have any big corporate goals we just want to make sure the tickets are booked and the names are spelled right on the forms. It is a steady job and we like the people we meet. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot of work but usually we head home at a normal time. We just take each booking as it comes and try to get the details right for everyone.
