We have a small shop which is number 5 in Sector 2 of Bhilai. It is located right near the Pragati Mahila Bank in the 5 A Market area. This is a pretty well known part of town and there are always people walking around the market. We spend our time here doing all kinds of travel services for the people of Bhilai. We book tickets for trains and buses and help people figure out their holiday plans. The shop is not very big but we have enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs. It can get quite hot in the summer so we have the fans going all day long. We have been in this spot for a while and we know most of the other shopkeepers around us. People stop by while they are doing their grocery shopping to ask about ticket prices or if there are any new trains running. We try to find the cheapest options but sometimes things are just expensive and there is nothing we can do about that. It is a simple business and we don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in every morning and start working on whatever bookings are needed. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times we just sit and wait for customers to walk in. It is just the way things go in a place like this and we are used to the pace of the market. We like being here and helping folks out.
