N D Samant

N D Samant is the name on our papers, and we run the Bagawati Clinic. We are situated in the Ishwarkrupa Building on Gupta Road in Dombivli East. This part of Thane is always full of life and the streets are rarely empty. Gupta Road is a busy place with plenty of shops and people going about their chores. Our clinic is in an older building that has a lot of charm, even if it’s a bit worn out in places. Inside, we have a small area for people to sit while they wait their turn. We don’t have any expensive artwork on the walls, just some old health posters and a calendar. The desk where we sit is piled with folders and notebooks because we still do a lot of things by hand. Dombivli East has a very local feel to it, and we are glad to be a part of this neighborhood. We start our day early, sweeping the front step and getting the lights on. The traffic outside can be quite loud with the horns and the engines, but you get used to it after a while. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just provide a place on Gupta Road where people can come when they need to. It’s a simple, honest life, and we are happy to keep things running just as they are.
