Ritesh Dedhia & Co

We operate out of B-4 in the Ganesh Palace Co Operative Housing Society. It is on C R Das Road in Dombivli East, over in the Ram Nagar area. It is a residential-feeling spot, which makes the office feel a bit more comfortable than some of those glass buildings in the city. Ritesh Dedhia & Co is the name on the door, but most people just know us as the guys who help with the audits and the tax stuff. We have been in Thane for a while, and the neighborhood is pretty familiar to us now. The office is not very big—just a few rooms filled with desks and cupboards for all the files we have to keep. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so taking the stairs is usually faster if you are in a hurry. We spend our days mostly staring at screens and ticking off boxes on forms. It is quiet work for the most part, though things can get a bit loud when the local market is busy outside. We do not have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that is on the desk, and try to make sure everything adds up correctly. If someone has a problem, they just sit down with us and we talk it out until it is solved. It is a very practical way of doing things. We are just local people helping other local people with their business needs.
