D.P. Jain & Co.

D.P. Jain & Co. is based out of Kone Village in Section 3 of Alawa 2. It’s in the Dombivali East area, which is a bit of a journey for some, but we like being here. The office is a simple setup on a street that doesn't see too much heavy traffic. We focus on various contracting and construction jobs. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers and checking on material deliveries. The office itself is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a few filing cabinets that are overflowing with old records. We don't have a fancy website or any marketing materials. People in the area know us, and word of mouth is how we get most of our work. It can get pretty dusty around here, especially when there’s construction happening nearby. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, which isn't the fun part, but it has to be done. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we work with. If a project is going to take longer than expected, we just say so. It’s a practical way to run things. We’re just a local business trying to do a decent job for the people who hire us.
