Sri Arvinda Primary School

Sri Arvinda Primary School is a small place out in Gudibande, over in the Chickballapur district. We’ve got a simple building that serves the kids in this area. It’s not a big city school with computers in every room; it’s more about the basics here. We have a few classrooms and some old wooden benches that have been around for years. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but they hold up the roof just fine. We spend our days mostly teaching and making sure the children are safe. It’s a 562101 zip code kind of life, which means it’s pretty quiet most of the time. The teachers here are local people who know the families. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website. We just have a gate that we open every morning and close every evening. Sometimes the goats from the nearby houses wander too close, and we have to shoo them away. It’s a very grounded way to work. We focus on the lessons and the books we have. It’s a lot of chalk and paper and talking. We aren’t trying to be anything other than a local primary school. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but it’s what we do. It’s a plain, honest place for kids to come and spend their morning hours before heading home.
