You can find Neev Travels on Rabari Road in Diu, right across from the petrol pump. It’s a convenient location because everyone knows the landmark and uses it to give directions. I started this business quite a while back, and it’s been my main focus ever since. The office isn't much to look at, just a counter and some chairs for customers to use. Because we’re right on the main road, it gets a bit dusty inside, so I’m often seen with a cloth in my hand trying to keep the place presentable. I handle the bookings and the phone calls myself. It can be a lot of work, but I prefer knowing exactly what’s going on with every trip we organize. I try to be as helpful as I can without making any big promises I can't keep. If a driver is running late or a bus is delayed, I’ll let you know as soon as I hear about it. My neighbor from the shop next door often drops by for a chat and some tea in the afternoon, which helps break up the day. We don't have a big corporate team or anything fancy like that. It's just a local travel desk where we try to get the job done right. Most of our business comes from people driving past or locals who know me by name.
