Sasi Exports

Sasi Exports is located at 12, Sivaji Nagar. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now, handling all sorts of things that need to be sent out. Exporting isn't as glamorous as some people think; it's mostly a lot of boxes, tape, and checking lists twice. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping agents and trying to figure out why a container is sitting at a port somewhere. Our office in Sivaji Nagar is usually cluttered with samples and shipping documents. It’s a local operation, and we know most of the neighbors. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to pour coffee; we usually just grab something from the stall down the street. The work is steady but can be stressful when deadlines are tight. We have to make sure every label is right and every box is packed properly so nothing breaks on the long trip. It’s just what we do every day. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is going out. The street outside can get a bit crowded, but we manage to get the trucks in and out. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a small group of people trying to get things moved from one place to another. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just try to make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
