Bright Exports

Our place is located at 49, East Arokiamadha Street. It’s a narrow street, so things can get a bit tight when trucks come in. Bright Exports is mostly just a warehouse and a small front office where we handle the paperwork. We spend a lot of time packing things up and checking lists. It’s not the quietest job, but we like the pace of it. There are boxes everywhere most of the time. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it’s a bit of a challenge. Our neighbors know us well since we've been here for a good bit of time. It's a regular work life. We come in early, drink some tea, and start looking at what needs to go out that day. Sometimes there are delays with the shipping companies, and we just have to wait it out. That's just part of the deal. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just the name on the door. It works for us. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we know how each other works without having to say much. We just focus on the task at hand and try to finish before it gets too late. The street gets quiet in the evenings, which is a nice change from the morning rush. It’s a decent place to work and we don't ask for much more than a productive day.
