Kar Tanners Private Limited

Kar Tanners Private Limited is based out of Dindigul, specifically on Madurai Road in the Begumpur area. If you have ever been to this part of Tamil Nadu, you probably know that Dindigul is very famous for its tanneries and the old lock industry. We are right there in the thick of it all. Our address at 104 Madurai Road is fairly easy to find, though the traffic can be a bit of a mess in the afternoons when everyone is heading towards the city center. Tanning leather is a long process that involves a lot of messy steps, and we have been doing it here for quite some time now. The air around the facility always has that distinct, heavy scent of the tanning pits, which basically tells you that you are in the right place. It is a local operation, and most of the people working here have lived in this area for years. We do not really bother with fancy office furniture or big signs to impress people. It is more about the pits, the drying area, and the warehouse where we keep the finished leather goods ready for sale. The sun gets really hot in Dindigul, so we usually start quite early in the morning to get the heavy work done before the heat becomes too much to handle. We have our regular customers and our own way of doing things. It is a straightforward business, and we just try to make sure the leather comes out right.
