R. G. R. Exports

R. G. R. Exports is located on Middle Street in Ulagampatty. The address is No. 5. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to some of the bigger towns nearby. We like being here because we know our neighbors well. Our office is a simple one-story building where we handle all of our export paperwork. If you walk past, you might not even notice it is a business because there is no big sign. Inside, we have our desks set up toward the back where it stays a bit cooler during the day. Most of our time is spent on the telephone or writing down lists of what we need to ship out. We have been at No. 5 for many years. The floor in the corner is a little bit slanted, so we had to put some cardboard under one of the desk legs so it does not wobble while we work. It is just one of those things you live with. We do not use any complicated software, just basic programs and a lot of paper notebooks to keep track of things. Ulagampatty is a small place, so we do not get many people just dropping in. That is fine with us because we stay busy with the orders that come in from other places. We usually take a break for tea in the late afternoon. It is a good way to work. R. G. R. Exports is just us doing our job here on Middle Street.
