Devraj Agro Industry

We’re set up over at S.F. No. 718/2A on Sirumalai Road, which is in the Reddiya Patti Post area of Dindigul. Being in this part of Tamil Nadu means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and hills, which is a nice change from the city noise. Devraj Agro Industry is basically an industrial site where we process stuff and keep the machines running. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have a big reception area or shiny signs, just the workspace and the storage areas. The drive out here on Sirumalai Road is actually quite pleasant, though the heat can get pretty intense during the summer months. Most of us here are locals from Dindigul or the nearby villages. We start early in the morning when the air is still cool. There’s always something that needs fixing or a load that needs to be moved. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the day is spent on the floor making sure the quality of the agro products is what it should be. It’s dusty work and by the time the evening comes, everyone is ready to head home. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s just a regular workplace where people show up, do their shift, and try to do a decent job for the day.
