Our business, 4Di Exports Private Limited, is located at 72/1A in Rmtc Colony, just off the Bye Pass Road in Gandhigram, Chinnalapatti. It’s a good location for us because the road is right there, which makes it easier for the logistics side of things. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a lot of rules. We’re just a small group of people who know how to handle exports. The office is a modest space where we spend most of our time on the phone or working through documents. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. If you come by, you’ll likely find us at our desks surrounded by stacks of paper. We handle the shipping for different types of goods, and every day brings something a little different. Chinnalapatti is a nice, quiet place to be based, and we’ve gotten to know the people in the area. We don't use any marketing speak or try to sound more important than we are. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the shipments arrive where they’re supposed to go. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we have to deal with delays or mistakes, but we just fix them and move on. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living.
