Balaji Alloys

Out here on Talwara Road, things are a bit different than in the main town. Balaji Alloys has been situated on the Sirhind Side for a while now. It’s mostly just us and the trucks coming and going. The air smells like metal and the ground is usually covered in dust. We spend the morning getting everything ready for the day's tasks. It's hard work, but we are used to it. Being on the Sirhind Side means we have a bit more space, but it's still a busy operation. We don't spend time on fancy decorations or anything. The yard is where most of the action happens. We handle the alloys and make sure things are moving. Sometimes the machines act up or the delivery guys get lost finding Talwara Road, but we sort it out. That's just part of running a place like Balaji Alloys. It’s a straight-up job. We show up, do the work, and go home. Not much for talking, mostly just doing. The weather gets hot in the summer and it's tough being outside, but the work doesn't stop. We've been here long enough that people know the name. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the alloys. It’s a simple life out here on the edge of the city. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to get through the orders and make sure the weight is right. It’s a lot of manual stuff.
