Vivek Pawar Associates

Vivek Pawar Associates is based in the Adarsh Nagar area of Hubli, specifically on 2nd Cross in Ashoknagar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so the atmosphere around our office is pretty relaxed and low-key. We like being away from the main commercial hubs because it gives us some peace while we work on our plans and calculations. The office isn't very big, but it’s got enough room for our equipment and the few of us who work here. We spend most of our time at our desks, staring at screens or drawing out ideas on paper. There is always a pot of tea going, and we usually have some local news playing in the background. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working. We’ve been in Hubli for a while and understand how things work around here. It’s a lot of practical, day-to-day effort to get projects from the initial idea to something that can actually be built. Sometimes we run into delays or technical hitches, but that is just part of the job. We don't try to sugarcoat things or use complicated language to explain what we do. It’s just us, doing our engineering and design work as best as we can. We appreciate the people who come to us, and we just try to be helpful and honest about the work involved.
