Deepak Hiremath & Associates

Our firm, Deepak Hiremath & Associates, is based in Dharwad. We are located on the second floor of Vayuputra Arcade on P B Road. A good landmark for finding us is the NTTF building, which is right across the street. Being on P B Road means we are on a main artery of the city, so it’s easy for people to reach us from different parts of town. The arcade has a few different businesses in it, and we are up on the second floor. It’s a decent walk up the stairs if the power is out. Our office is where the actual design and planning happen. We have some large tables for laying out our drawings and a couple of computers for the digital work. It’s often a bit cluttered with rolls of paper and various folders, but that’s just the nature of architecture work. We aren’t really the type to have a polished corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door will just look up and say hello. The view from our windows looks out over the busy road, which can be quite lively during the day. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now and it feels like home to us. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where we focus on getting the job done without any extra fuss. Most of our days are spent between these four walls or out at construction sites.
