We are located in Hubli, specifically in Padmaraj Nagar at H No.129, Shree Ashirwad. It’s right across from the Balaji Temple, so we hear the temple bells throughout the day. Our focus is really on those old-fashioned tastes that people grew up with. We aren't trying to invent anything new; we just want to make things the way they used to be made. The house where we work has a lot of character, even if it’s a bit old. We use Ward No.38 as our base and it works well for us. Most of the people working here are locals from around Hubli-Dharwad. We don't have a corporate office or a big board of directors. It’s just us, some big pots, and the recipes we’ve always used. Sometimes the 4th Cross gets a bit crowded with traffic, but it’s a lively place to be. We spend our mornings getting everything ready and our afternoons making sure the quality is where it should be. It’s a simple life, really. We know our neighbors and they know us. There’s no pressure to be anything we aren't. We just want to provide something that tastes like home. If you're walking past the temple, you can usually find us there, just busy with the daily chores of running a small food business and making sure everything is done right.
