Jas Pets

Jas Pets is based out of the Belur Industrial Area, at number 70. It’s part of the KIADB layout. We aren’t a pet shop in the way most people think. We actually work on the manufacturing side of things. It’s a decent sized plot, and we’ve got enough space for our equipment and the raw materials. The area is a bit out of the way, which is fine because we need the space. We’ve been working here for a while, making sure the production stays steady. It’s a lot of plastic work, specifically for PET products. We spend our days watching the machines and making sure nothing gets jammed. It’s not the most exciting job, but it’s important. The crew is small, mostly people from the nearby villages. We all know each other well. Sometimes we have lunch together under the tree outside when it’s not too dusty. We don’t go in for fancy titles or corporate meetings. If there's a problem, we just talk it out on the floor. The trucks come in twice a week to pick up the finished goods. We try to stay ahead of the schedule, but machines break down sometimes and we have to scramble to fix things. That’s just life in a factory environment. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job at 70 Belur. It isn't much, but it's what we do and we keep at it.
