You can find us over at 177 in the Katriya Trade Complex. We are up on the 4th floor, so if the lift is acting up, it is a bit of a climb. It is right on Koppikar Road, which stays pretty crowded most of the time. Being near the Airtel office helps people find us when they get lost looking for the complex. Our office at Key Property Real Estates is not anything too special to look at, just a place where we keep our maps and property listings organized. We have a few chairs for visitors, though it gets a bit tight if more than three people show up at once. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to landlords and folks looking for a new place to stay or set up a shop. Koppikar Road has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen a lot of shops come and go from this vantage point. Dealing with real estate is mostly about knowing who owns what and who is looking to move. We try to keep track of all that without making it too complicated. Sometimes the tea stays cold because we are busy with a client, but that is just how it goes. We are just a small team trying to make sense of the local market every day. It is a lot of back-and-forth, but we are used to it by now. We have been here for a while and we know how the 4th floor gets when the sun hits it in the afternoon.
