Hubli is a bit more relaxed than the huge metro cities, but we still keep ourselves pretty busy here. Our office is a straightforward place. We do not have marble floors or big glass walls, just a solid space where we can focus on the job. The 10th Cross street is where we have settled in. Most days, it is just us and our files. We spend a lot of time talking to local owners and people looking for a new spot. We have been in Ravinagar for a while, so we know the regulars who walk by every day. It is a friendly atmosphere. We do not use those corporate scripts when we talk to people on the phone. We just use plain English and try to be as clear as possible. If someone needs to know about a plot or a rental on Gokul Road, we just give them the facts we have. The office can get a bit dusty sometimes with all the construction happening nearby, but we don't mind it much. It is just part of the local landscape.
