Ajay Estates

Our place is located at 10/8 in the Ullagaddimath Complex. It’s right near the Hanuman Temple, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Ajay Estates has been set up in this unit for a while. The complex is a bit older but it works for what we need. Being near the temple means there are always people walking around and plenty of activity. We handle local real estate matters from this small office. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us here. You can hear the bells from the temple sometimes during the day. The Ullagaddimath Complex has a few other businesses too, so it’s a bit of a hub. We have our desks set up and some maps on the wall. It’s where we do all the property work. Sometimes the parking is a bit tight near the Hanuman Temple, but people manage. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a plain room where we talk to neighbors about land and houses. We’ve been in this part of town long enough to know the shortcut through the back. The office stays pretty busy with locals coming in to ask questions. We try to keep things simple and honest. Not much point in being flashy in a place like this. We are usually here from morning until the evening. If the door is open, we are working. That is the way it is at Ajay Estates.
