Doughpaze Diners Private Limited is over in Hubli, specifically in the Vidyanagar area on G.K. Avenue. We’ve got a couple of units here, CTS numbers 4290/2, 4291, and 4292. Being in Vidyanagar means there are always students and people moving around, so it’s a pretty energetic part of town. We spend a lot of time working with dough and prepping food for the diners. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the ovens are at the right temperature. Hubli can get quite dusty, so we are always cleaning the windows and the floors to keep the place looking decent. We don’t have a corporate office with suits; it’s more about aprons and flour. The G.K. Avenue location is good because it’s easy to find, but the traffic can be a headache sometimes. We just try to keep up with the orders and make sure the kitchen doesn't fall behind. It’s not a perfect setup, and sometimes things get a bit disorganized when it’s busy, but we find our way through it. The people working here are just normal folks from Hubli-Dharwad who need to earn a living. We don't have any big secrets or fancy ways of doing things. We just show up, start the day, and keep going until the last customer is gone and the lights are turned off. It’s simple work, but it keeps us all quite busy. We just keep our focus on the food and the customers on G.K. Avenue.
