Out here in Sakthi Nagar, specifically in the Oddapatti area, you'll find our India Cements site. It's a busy place most of the time, with trucks coming and going quite a bit. We’ve been set up here for a good stretch, and the locals in the area probably recognize the noise of the machinery by now. It isn't a quiet office job; it's a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the production lines. The dust is just part of the scenery when you're working with cement, so we're used to that. We have a crew that’s been with us for years, and we all just kind of know the routine. Oddapatti is a decent place to be based out of because it's accessible enough for the logistics side of things. We don't spend much time worrying about how the front office looks or anything like that. The focus stays on the bags getting filled and the orders getting loaded up correctly. Sometimes the heat gets to be a lot, especially in the afternoons, but that's just how it is in this part of the country. We keep a simple setup. If you walk in, you’ll see guys in their work gear and a lot of paperwork on the desks. It’s honest work, and we try to keep things moving without too many hiccups. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just supply what's needed for the builders around here to get their jobs done.
