Rajaeswari Traders

Being over at number 19 in Rahamath Colony is where you will find us at Rajaeswari Traders. Rayakottai is a decent place to run a business from, though it gets a bit crowded on some days. The shop is tucked into the colony and we have been operating here for a good while now. Most of the morning is spent checking the inventory and seeing what needs to be ordered for the next week. We deal with various goods and the stock changes quite a bit depending on what people are asking for lately. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time finding the exact spot in the colony, so I usually have to stand out by the main turn to wave them down. It is a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and making sure everything is counted correctly. My hands are usually pretty tired by the time we close up. We do not have any big corporate signs or anything like that, just the board out front that has been there for years. Neighbors walk by and say hello, which makes the day go faster. It is just a regular trading business where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the ledger gets a bit messy when we are in a hurry, but we sort it out eventually. Life here in Rayakottai is mostly about keeping up with the daily demands and making sure the shop stays in order.
