Nirsha Nupur Producer Company Limited

We are located in Bhalkhuria, over in the Nirsa area of Dhanbad. It’s a busy part of the region, but our spot is pretty straightforward. Nirsha Nupur Producer Company Limited is what we call our little group here. We started it because we saw that working alone wasn’t getting us very far. Now we have a central place in Sec 1 where we can all meet and figure out the logistics. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning or anything. Usually, it's just a couple of desks and a lot of registers filled with notes. Dhanbad is known for a lot of things, but for us, it’s just home and where our work happens. We spend our mornings looking over what needs to be moved and who needs what for their land. It’s a lot of coordination, really. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when everyone shows up at once, but we get through it. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just talk about what’s happening in the fields and how to handle the next harvest. Being in Nirsa means we are close to the roads, which helps with getting things transported. We're just a group of local people trying to make a living and help our friends do the same. It’s simple, it’s a bit messy at times, but it’s ours. We hope to keep this going for a long time.
