Jharkhand Property Bazaar

Our office for Jharkhand Property Bazaar is at Plot Number 380 in the Co-Operative Colony. We are near the Police Line and the shopping center in Bokaro Steel City. It’s a pretty central location for what we do. We’ve been here for several years now, watching the city grow and change. The office is usually full of maps and property documents. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to work. People from the Steel City and the surrounding areas come to us when they are looking for a new plot or a house. We know the Co-Operative Colony area really well since we are right in it. It can get pretty busy during the day with people going to the shopping center, but we don't mind the noise. We spend our time talking to folks and showing them what’s available on the market. We don't use any corporate scripts. We just talk like normal people about what’s good and what’s not so good about a property. It’s important to be honest about those things. We handle all the paperwork and the back-and-forth that comes with property deals. It’s a lot of work, but we’ve got a good routine down now. We just keep doing our bit for the local folks here. If someone stops by, we just sit down and go through the lists together. It’s simple and it works for us.
