Our office is situated over at C/O Reliance Greens in Motikhavdi, which is part of the larger Jamnagar area. It’s a very industrial part of Gujarat, and you can really feel that energy every day. We’ve been here at Reliance Engineering Associates Pvt Ltd for quite some time now. Working in Motikhavdi means we are right in the thick of things. There’s always a lot of movement around Reliance Greens, with people coming from all over for different industrial projects. Our daily routine is mostly about checking technical details and coordinating engineering tasks. It’s a practical space, not a fancy one. We have our computers and our drafting tables, and that’s about it. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a lot of hard work and technical discussions. Jamnagar is a place where you have to know your stuff if you want to get by in engineering. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We just care about getting the jobs done correctly. Sometimes the noise from the surrounding plants is loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the current projects we’re handling. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it suits us just fine. Most of the people here live nearby and we see each other at the local shops.
