Reliance Engineering Associate Limited

Being based inside the Reliance Green Township in Jamnagar makes life a bit different for us at Reliance Engineering Associate Limited. It’s a bit more quiet and planned out than the main city area. We spend our mornings heading into the office and getting the equipment ready for whatever project is on the schedule. Since we’re right here in the township, we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. It feels like a small community where everyone is just trying to get their work done. The engineering side of things keeps us pretty busy, and there’s always some problem that needs a practical solution. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just look at what needs to be fixed or built and get to it. The surroundings here are kept quite tidy, which is a nice change from the chaos of the city center. We have a small team, and we usually eat lunch together when things aren't too hectic. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most of our tools and files are kept in the same spots they’ve been in for years. We aren't big on changing things just for the sake of it. If it works, we keep doing it. That’s pretty much how we’ve always handled things since we started out here. The work gets done, the township stays quiet, and we go home feeling tired but okay.
