Our office is located in the staff housing area over at Moti Khavdi in Jamnagar. It’s specifically in Jerp. B/11/02/02. This is where the Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(Eccd). team operates from in this part of Gujarat. Because we are right in the staff housing, we are pretty close to the work all the time. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s more of a functional space where we handle the day-to-day tasks. We spend a lot of time talking about concrete, steel, and timelines. Jamnagar is a busy place with all the industrial work going on, and we are right in the thick of it. Our days start early and often end late. We don't have a PR department here to make things look pretty. It’s just us. We keep our own records and make sure the workers know where they need to be. It’s a bit dusty sometimes, and the wind can pick up, but that’s just life on a construction site. We’ve got our routines and we stick to them. If someone needs to find the ECCD folks, they usually just head toward the Moti Khavdi housing blocks. We focus on getting the structures up and keeping the site safe for everyone. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just get on with it. It's what we do. The work is hard but it keeps us busy.
