Ugrashen Singh Inter College

Down in Kaparwar, Deoria, you will find Ugrashen Singh Inter College. It sits right there in the village area where everyone knows everyone else. It’s an intermediate college, so we mostly see teenagers from the surrounding farms and houses. The building is a bit older, with that standard look you see across this part of Uttar Pradesh.
