We are set up at Plot No-195 in the Kaveri Hills area of Madhupur. The building is called Sree Nilayam, though most people just look for the plot number. Working with refractories is a bit of a niche thing, but we have been doing it here for a long time. The yard is often filled with materials that can handle high heat, which is what we specialize in at Clasil Refactories Pvt. Ltd. It is not the cleanest job in the world. There is usually a layer of fine powder over everything, including the computers in the office. I spend a lot of time checking the quality of the batches and making sure the shipments are ready for the industrial clients. We don't have a big marketing department, just a couple of us who know the technical side of the materials. The Kaveri Hills area is growing, so there is always some construction noise nearby. Our office is functional, nothing fancy, with a few old filing cabinets and a water cooler that everyone gathers around. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a specific order, but that is just part of the manufacturing life. We don't make big promises or use corporate jargon. We just focus on the heat-resistant products and getting them out of the gate. It is a steady, quiet kind of business where we just focus on the work at hand every day.
