Shanker Wire Products Industries is located in B. Deoghar. It’s a straightforward industrial setup where we focus on making different types of wire products. The facility is more about function than anything else. We’ve got the machines running most of the day, so it’s pretty loud on the floor. We aren't a big, fancy company with a glossy headquarters. Our place is made of corrugated metal and concrete, which is exactly what you need for this kind of work. We’ve been in Deoghar for quite a while now, and many of our workers live nearby. It’s a local operation through and through. We handle a lot of bulk orders, so there are always coils of wire and finished goods stacked up waiting to be loaded onto trucks. The office is just a small room off to the side where we keep the books and take calls. It’s usually a bit dusty because of the nature of the work, but we don't mind. We just focus on making sure the machines are maintained and the products are coming out the way they should. There’s no big marketing team here; we just rely on the fact that we’ve been doing this for years and people know where to find us. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but we like the honesty of making something tangible. We just keep things moving and try to stay on schedule every single day.
