We are located at Office Number 1277 in Manohar Market, right in the middle of Chawri Bazar. If you’ve ever been down Chawri Bazar Road, you know it’s one of the most crowded places you can find. Vipra Earth Moving Company has been squeezed into this space for years. It’s a lot of heavy parts and greasy paperwork. Moving things in and out of this market is always a challenge because the lanes are so narrow. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to mechanics who need parts for their big machines. The office is small and the walls are covered in old calendars and part lists. It’s not a quiet place. You can hear the rickshaws and the shouting from the street all day long. We just focus on getting the right pieces to the people who need them. Sometimes we have to dig through the back to find an older part someone is looking for. It’s a lot of hard work and the air is always thick with the smell of metal and old paper. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know the number or they walk in while they are doing their rounds in the market. We just keep our heads down and handle the earth moving equipment side of things as best as we can. It's a hectic life in the bazaar, but it's all we know. We close up when the sun goes down and the market starts to clear out a little bit.
