D-35 Gulmohar Park is where we keep everything. It’s a quiet enough area but our yard is always buzzing with something. P N C Companynstruction Equipment Company is what the sign says out front. We have all sorts of machines sitting around. Some are brand new and some have definitely been through a few rough jobs. We spend our mornings checking the oil and making sure the engines start up okay. It is a lot of heavy lifting and getting your hands dirty. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the equipment. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors who need a specific tool or a digger for a week or two. We try to keep things running smooth so they don't have problems on the job site. It can be stressful when a machine breaks down right when it’s needed, but we do our best to fix it fast. The office is just a place to keep the keys and the logbooks. We prefer being outside anyway. It’s not a glamorous job by any means. You end the day tired and covered in dust. But seeing the machines go out and come back is what we do. It’s been our routine for years and we don’t plan on changing it. We just keep working and keeping the machines in good shape.
