Down at Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, it is always a bit of a mess with all the trucks and the dust in the air. Our spot is Vikas Road Carrier Limited and we are located at A G-103. If you have ever been to this part of town, you know it is always packed with drivers and helpers. Our office is right in the middle of all that noise. We have been sitting at A G-103 for quite some time now. It is a simple place with a few chairs and a lot of old logbooks. We spend most of our time talking to drivers or checking on where the loads have reached. It is not the kind of place with air conditioning or fancy carpets. We just work. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks when things get a bit slow. Everyone in Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar knows each other pretty well. It is a tight community of people who handle the roads. We do not do any advertising because people just know where we are. We keep the files organized as best as we can. Some days are much longer than others, especially when a shipment is running late. We just stay at the office until everything is sorted out. Vikas Road Carrier Limited is just a name on a board to some, but for us, it is where we spend our whole day. You can find us at A G-103 if you are passing through.
