Anand Frozen Food Carriers

Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III is where we spend most of our time. Specifically, you can find us at E 139. Running Anand Frozen Food Carriers is mostly about making sure the cooling units are working like they should. If a truck stops cooling, we have a big problem on our hands. The traffic around Phase III is always a mess, so we spend a lot of time planning routes that won't get our drivers stuck for hours. It’s a loud area with all the factories and machines running nearby. Our office isn't much to look at, just a place to coordinate the drivers and check the temperature logs. We started this because moving frozen stuff is harder than regular cargo and we figured we could do it. The drivers are tired most of the time because they work late hours to avoid the heat of the day. We have a few older trucks and some newer ones, and keeping them all maintained is a full-time job. Sometimes things break down at 2 AM and someone has to go fix it. It isn't a glamorous business at all. We deal with ice, heavy crates, and a lot of paperwork for the food safety guys. We just try to get the food where it needs to go without it melting. That is the whole point of being here in Okhla.
