We have been operating out of Ghazipur for a while now. Our office is at 110 Vardhman Master Plaza. It is a busy place with lots of shops and people coming in and out all day long. We started Anand Agencies India because there was a need for someone to handle things properly in this part of town. Mostly we deal with different agencies and keep our records straight. The plaza is usually crowded, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes the lift doesn't work right, so we just take the stairs. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We try to keep things moving so customers don't have to wait too long. My staff has been with me for years. We know the local market well. Dealing with suppliers can be a headache sometimes, but that is part of the job. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just find us through word of mouth or they see our sign when they are walking through the plaza. We handle the paperwork and make sure the orders are processed as they come in. It is just honest work every day. We open early and stay until the work is finished. There is always someone here to answer the phone if it rings. We just focus on what needs to be done today and try to stay organized in the middle of all the Ghazipur chaos.
