Vikas Dyes & Chemicals

Vikas Dyes & Chemicals is located at Plot No. C-31 in the Oil Market area of Mangol Puri. This is Phase-1st of the industrial area and it is a very crowded place to be. There are always tempos and rickshaws blocking the narrow lanes, so getting here in the morning is always a bit of a challenge. Our plot is basically a warehouse and a small workspace where we keep all the dyes and chemical barrels. The smell of the market is quite strong, a mix of oil and industrial supplies, but we don't really notice it anymore. We spend a lot of time moving heavy containers around and labeling everything clearly. The walls inside are a bit stained from the different dyes we handle, which shows how much work actually happens here. It’s a practical space, not meant for showing off to visitors. We have a few plastic chairs for when someone drops by to talk about an order. Most of the day is spent checking the inventory and making sure the lids are on tight. The heat in Mangol Puri can be quite intense during June, so we drink a lot of water and try to get the heavy lifting done before noon. We aren't a big company with a lot of departments. It’s just a few of us making sure the local factories get the chemicals they need for their own production lines.
