Our office is in Mayur Vihar Phase I, specifically A-3/15 in Acharya Niketan. If you know where Bansal Sweets is, we are right across from there. Being near a landmark like that makes it easy for people to find us. We deal with logistics and container lines, so there is always a lot of coordination involved. It’s not a quiet job. There is always someone on the phone or checking a shipping manifest. We’ve been at this location for a while. The area is always buzzing, especially with the shops nearby. We started Venus Container Line because the logistics world is always busy and we knew we could handle the workload. We don’t have a fancy reception area. It’s a working office through and through. We focus on the details of getting containers from point A to point B. It involves a lot of patience and some long hours when things get delayed at the ports. We are just a regular group of people doing regular work. We don't use big slogans or marketing gimmicks. We just try to get through the day's list without any major problems. Most of our clients are businesses that have been working with us since the beginning. It's a lot of tracking and following up on emails, but that’s the nature of the business in this part of town. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait it out, but that is just life.
