Our office, Varmora Granito Private Limited, is tucked away in Palam Village. We are located at Kaushalya Niwas, which is Wz-806 in the Badial Extension area. If you know New Delhi-45, you know the streets can get a bit narrow and crowded, but that is just part of the charm of working in a place like Palam. We have been operating out of this building for a while now. It is a local spot, nothing like the corporate offices you see in places like Gurgaon or Noida. We handle stone and tile supplies for people all over the city. The space is filled with files, calculators, and the occasional tile sample leaning against the wall. It is a bit of a maze to get here if you are not from around the village, but once you find Kaushalya Niwas, you are pretty much there. We do not have a receptionist or those fancy coffee machines. We just do our work and talk to customers who need materials for their floors or walls. It gets quite loud outside with the local traffic and the daily life of the extension, but we like being right in the middle of the community. We are just regular people trying to run a business. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking stock levels in the back. It is practical and a bit messy at times, but it works for us. If you are in the Palam area, stop by.
