Vaishno Transport Company

Vaishno Transport Company is located in Village Pilanji, specifically at House No 2011 in Kotla Mubarakpur. It’s a bit deep inside the lanes, so if you’re coming for the first time, you might have to ask someone for directions near the main turn. The village has changed a lot over the years, but our spot remains pretty much the same. It’s a family-style setup. We use part of the house for the business side of things. You’ll see some chairs out front where we sit and talk to the drivers when they come in from a long trip. There is always a pot of tea being made somewhere nearby. The office itself is just a few desks with stacks of manifests and ledgers. We don't use much high-tech stuff, just the basics to keep track of the vehicles. It gets quite busy in the early mornings when everyone is getting ready to head out. The neighborhood is tight-knit, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. It’s not a polished corporate office with air conditioning in every corner. It’s just a regular house where we run a transport business. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the trucks are moving as they should. It’s a lot of manual tracking and talking to people directly.
